For athletes developing foundational skills and learning basic figures and routines. Some competitions.

2 days per week (2 hours each)-Monday & Wednesday

Weather related makeup practices on Friday with Rec

For athletes refining technique and preparing for regional competition. In between novice and Junior Olympic.

3 days per week (2.5 hours each)-Monday, Wednesday, Friday

For advanced athletes training for state, zone, and national competition.
