Sarah Morris
Hello! I’m Coach Sarah, and I am thrilled to lead our athletes as Head Coach. My journey in the water began with 13 years as a competitive athlete in Speed and Artistic Swimming. Competing across Districts, Regionals, Nationals, and the Junior Olympics taught me what it takes to land a top-three podium spot—and more importantly, how to build the mindset required to get there.
I transitioned to coaching in 2019 to share that passion. I am pursuing my Master’s degree in Marine Biology and I love bringing that same scientific dedication and love for the water into every practice.

Junior Olympic Excellence: Qualified 9 routines in a single season, achieving Top 5 placements.
Championship Caliber: Developed routine finalists achieving Top 12 placements at the South Zones Championships and multiple national qualifiers.
Podium Success: Directed athletes to 1st-place finishes across all competitive divisions (Novice, Intermediate, Junior Olympics) in both routine and figures
Jill Anderson
Hello! I’m Coach Jill, a dedicated coach passionate about developing young athletes through strong fundamentals, teamwork, creativity, and confidence both in and out of the water. I focus on technical skills, artistic expression, and building a positive team culture.
For the past three seasons, I have volunteered as coach and substitute in Palm Coast, Florida. I support practices, routine preparation, figure training, and performance organization, while judging Novice, Intermediate, and Youth Figures and evaluating Execution and Artistic Impression routines.
My background includes nine seasons as Team Manager / Assistant Coach in a local Co-Ed Flag Football League and six years as a Homeschool Educator and Tutor, strengthening my youth mentorship, parent communication, and adaptive teaching skills.
